Rotating Technician III (Oil & Gas)

Location: Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia; onsite maintenance role

What you will do

• Maintain, install, and repair rotating equipment and mechanical systems in oil and gas facilities.
• Allocate maintenance activities, assemble technician teams, and supervise ongoing work.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, materials, and required work permits.
• Coordinate job execution with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments.
• Maintain SAP maintenance data, work history, and actual-hours records.
• Support safety audits, progress meetings, technical training, and compliance with SATORP standards.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of maintenance management for oil and gas facilities.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to organize teams in large organizations.
• Excellent communication, proactive organization, sound judgment under pressure, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to achieve business results in a multicultural environment.
