Rotating Technician II (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Maintain, install, and repair rotating equipment and mechanical systems in line with required standards.
• Allocate maintenance activities, assemble technician teams, supervise ongoing work, and report progress to the Foreman.
• Organize manpower, equipment, and materials, and arrange required work permits before starting jobs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to complete maintenance activities.
• Maintain SAP data, equipment history, actual hours, and maintenance progress records.
• Promote safe work practices, PPE compliance, near-miss reporting, safety audits, and scheduled technical training.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management in Oil & Gas facilities.
• Proven leadership skills in large organizations and the ability to coordinate technicians and resources.
• Strong organization, communication, proactive problem-solving, and judgment under pressure.
• Ability to achieve business results in a multicultural environment.
