Growth Strategy Analyst (GTM Data)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid work

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 base compensation per year, plus a target performance-based bonus; target total cash compensation is $82,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build territory maps, account books, and coverage models for the Outreach organization.
• Develop TAM models, account-scoring frameworks, capacity models, coverage-gap analyses, and rep-performance analytics.
• Translate analytical findings into recommendations on hiring locations, role openings, account assignments, and coverage priorities.
• Partner with Outreach leadership, Talent Acquisition, Sales Ops, RevOps, Analytics, and Data Science on shared data and modeling initiatives.
• Audit account books, identify stale or low-priority accounts, and recommend reassignment or removal.
• Use AI-assisted and low-code tools to automate workflows, analyze performance, and create self-serve analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–2 years of full-time experience or relevant internship experience in a hands-on technical or analytical role.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, including prompts, chained outputs, and automated analytical workflows.
• Experience with low-code or no-code platforms such as Hex, Retool, n8n, Zapier, Make, or AppSheet.
• SQL literacy, including reading, debugging, validating AI-generated queries, and writing basic queries.
• Strong analytical judgment, business reasoning, and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with TAM modeling, capacity planning, account scoring, or forecasting.
• Exposure to mapping or territory tools such as eSpatial, MapAnything, or Maptive.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Python or R experience.
• Background in GTM strategy, sales operations, RevOps, consulting, or banking.
