What you will do

• Own the backend architecture of the HubSpot stack, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Integrate AI tools like Clay and Claude to automate lead enrichment, qualification, and sales outreach.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for full-funnel tracking, from digital touchpoints to vehicle delivery.
• Manage the HubSpot Product Library and Quote tool to ensure accurate, branded sales documentation.
• Oversee a GTM Systems Coordinator to delegate high-volume tasks and ensure data consistency.
• Create executive-level dashboards to validate ROI and provide accurate revenue forecasting.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of dedicated HubSpot Administration or Revenue Operations experience.
• Deep technical mastery of HubSpot Enterprise (Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs).
• Hands-on experience with modern AI enrichment and automation platforms (Clay, Claude, OpenAI).
• Proven track record of managing direct reports and leading system architecture strategy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards for data integrity.
• Ability to thrive in a high-velocity startup environment with tight deadlines.
