TL;DR
Senior Bridge Engineer (Civil/Structural Engineering): Designing steel and concrete bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other transportation structures for infrastructure projects across the Philippines with an accent on technical leadership, code compliance, and client engagement. Focus on leading multidisciplinary design delivery, supporting construction and contract administration, developing proposals, and managing public-sector client relationships.
Location: Manila, Philippines — 102 H.V. Dela Costa Street; full-time, onsite role

What you will do
- Design bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and other transportation-related structures at preliminary and detailed design stages.
- Lead multidisciplinary bridge design projects for public-sector clients, managing quality, schedule, and budget.
- Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections and contract administration.
- Prepare engineering drawings and documentation in accordance with AASHTO, DPWH DGCS, and internal standards.
- Manage client relationships and lead proposals and pursuits across the Philippine transportation sector.
- Represent projects in public presentations and communicate technical and design information to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Registered professional engineer in the Philippines or member of an international engineering charter or organization.
- 10+ years of experience designing steel and concrete bridges.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of Philippine and AISC seismic and steel connection design provisions, engineering principles, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation; expertise in at least one analysis or design software package is required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering.
- Experience with BIM software such as Revit.
