Precast Production & Design Coordinator

Location: Remote, Metro Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with Australian hours.

Salary: Up to PHP 80,000 per month

What you will do

• Support the General Manager with the design and development of moulds for precast concrete products.
• Review product requirements and coordinate practical, cost-effective moulding solutions, drawings, and manufacturing information.
• Source local and international mould manufacturers and fabricators, compare quotations, and coordinate design changes, lead times, and deliveries.
• Purchase and source reinforcing steel, lifting systems, cast-in items, formwork, mould components, consumables, and other production materials.
• Issue and follow up purchase orders, monitor supplier performance and deliveries, and maintain supplier and pricing records.
• Communicate directly with Australian suppliers and internal managers by email and telephone.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in precast concrete design or manufacturing, or relevant experience in mechanical design, tooling or mould design, steel fabrication, industrial design, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience reviewing product requirements, preparing or reviewing technical drawings, and improving mould designs for production efficiency and quality.
• Experience with technical sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and lead-time tracking.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required for liaison with Australian suppliers and international fabricators.
• Ability to work independently in a remote offshore setup and take ownership of day-to-day technical, sourcing, and production coordination.
• Relevant tools may include AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, Tekla Structures, Revit, ERP and inventory systems, Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Planswift, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
