Senior Engineer I-Manufacturing

Location: Philippines, Mphil 3; willingness to work in Calamba, Laguna required

What you will do

• Maintain production lines in accordance with specifications, procedures, controls, and quality standards.
• Establish, improve, document, and deploy assembly and test methodologies for the Mechanical Relay product line.
• Conduct evaluations, design of experiments, product and process capability analyses, testing, and data analysis.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting product quality and customer deliveries, escalating to the relevant business unit when needed.
• Monitor yield and implement continuous improvement actions across key result areas.
• Lead engineering and process technician teams while presenting engineering metrics and actions in weekly operations reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in NPI, product development, or manufacturing engineering, preferably with electromechanical or semiconductor relay products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics and Communications Engineering; professional license is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and engineering methodology skills.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with engineering tools and methodologies related to manufacturing, assembly, or testing.
