Landscape CAD Draftsperson (Vectorworks)

Location: Remote from Metro Manila, Philippines; overlapping hours with an Australian (Melbourne, AEST/AEDT) team required.

What you will do

• Convert approved landscape concepts into construction-ready drawing sets, including setout plans, levels, sections, details, planting plans, and material schedules.
• Produce accurate Vectorworks drawings using existing file standards, templates, layers, and naming conventions.
• Create photorealistic or presentation-quality renders for client approvals when required.
• Coordinate with the Founder and local design team to clarify design intent, resolve details, and incorporate feedback.
• Check levels, drainage falls, and material junctions so documentation is buildable on site.
• Manage deadlines across multiple concurrent projects and proactively communicate risks or delays.

Requirements

• Proven Vectorworks proficiency is required.
• Background in landscape architecture, landscape design, or architectural drafting, ideally with residential project experience.
• Practical understanding of construction documentation, including setout, levels, sections, details, and materials.
• Strong written English for communication with the Australian-based team.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for overlapping Melbourne AEST/AEDT hours.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, proactive communication, and an honest understanding of current skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, or similar rendering software.
