What you will do

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and advancement of CAD and BIM processes across projects.
  • Manage AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D platforms and ensure cross-discipline compatibility.
  • Develop and enforce CAD/BIM standards, workflows, templates, and best practices.
  • Provide strategic direction for BIM adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate models and deliverables with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor staff and provide technical support and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of construction processes, design standards, and project workflows.
  • Knowledge of bridge projects, post-tensioning detailing, and reinforcement detailing.
  • Knowledge of parametric software such as Grasshopper, Dynamo, and Python.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for guiding multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
