Scaffolding Designer/Engineer

Location: Remote from Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines

Salary: From AUD 1,400 per month; final amount depends on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Design and engineer scaffolding systems for complex commercial building projects in Australia.
• Prepare detailed scaffold drawings, layouts, and structural designs using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Develop safe, compliant designs aligned with Australian standards and regulations.
• Review project specifications and site requirements to create accurate and efficient designs.
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and site supervisors, incorporating site feedback and engineering adjustments.
• Deliver structurally sound designs within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of scaffolding design or engineering experience on complex commercial projects.
• Proven experience designing scaffolding systems for the Australian market.
• Strong hands-on experience with ring lock scaffolding systems.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Australian scaffolding standards, safety, load-bearing, and compliance requirements.
• Availability to start work at 6:00 AM Queensland time, equivalent to 4:00 AM Philippine time.
