Supply Planning Analyst

Location: Hybrid, based out of the NYC office; candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually

What you will do

• Partner with Finance to build, validate, and reconcile recurring demand forecasts.
• Translate forecasts into replenishment, purchasing, stocking, allocation, and inventory deployment plans across the warehouse network.
• Support the S&OP process by aligning Supply Chain, Finance, and third-party fulfillment partners.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory health, supplier lead times, and service levels; identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain data integrity across ERP and planning tools and produce recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive cross-functional projects that improve forecast accuracy, planning processes, and inventory efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Excel, including building demand forecasting and inventory planning models from large raw datasets.
• Understanding of demand forecasting, S&OP, inventory management, replenishment planning, safety stock strategy, and fulfillment operations.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to present planning insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, changing environment, with meticulous attention to detail and willingness to travel as needed.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with demand planning tools such as Netstock or ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Multi-warehouse or network planning experience.
