SAP Operations Supervisor (Supply Chain)

Location: Edwardsville, Kansas, United States; onsite. Schedule: Monday–Friday, second shift (afternoon/evening).

Salary: USD $58,656–$87,984 per year.

What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse operations, allocate resources, assign work, and supervise floor activities.
• Oversee productivity and production activities while tracking safety, quality, efficiency, and financial KPIs.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports and facilitate effective handoffs between teammates, peers, and management.
• Conduct startup and weekly safety meetings covering work instructions, workflows, and safety practices.
• Provide consistent performance feedback, promote teammate excellence, and maintain a clean workplace aligned with 5S standards.
• Maintain inventory integrity and support physical inventory counts while providing courteous customer service in high-pressure situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with no prior experience, qualifying military rank, or at least six months of warehouse or supply chain experience with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and people-management skills, including the ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Experience with quality management methodologies and a fundamental understanding of change management and continuous improvement.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for the duration of the shift, perform physical warehouse tasks, and lift or carry items up to 50 pounds.
