What you will do

• Manage overall holiday park operations and guest experience.
• Lead and support the onsite frontline team.
• Oversee safety, compliance, risk management, and operational standards.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting.
• Build relationships with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain asset presentation and drive continuous improvement and project work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in park, hospitality, or accommodation operations.
• Experience leading frontline teams.
• Strong focus on safety, standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Confidence managing budgets, reporting, and commercial outcomes.
• Ability to build effective internal and external stakeholder relationships.
