What you will do
- Lead the overall performance of the North Lakes and Burpengary locations.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve customer service, sales, and operational targets.
- Manage performance, feedback, rostering, productivity, and labour costs.
- Resolve customer escalations and support frontline service delivery.
- Coordinate fleet planning and vehicle availability for daily operations.
- Monitor KPIs and maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams in car rental, transport, logistics, fleet, tourism, hospitality, accommodation, or a similar operational environment.
- Proven ability to coach staff, manage performance, and build accountable, collaborative teams.
- Experience handling customer issues and resolving escalations.
- Comfort working with KPIs, budgets, productivity metrics, and operational reporting.
- Willingness to support frontline operations and lead by example.
- Current full driver’s licence and full Australian working rights required.
