What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a frontline team across sales, service, and branch operations.
- Drive sales targets, customer experience results, profitability, productivity, and operational KPIs.
- Manage branch performance, including P&L, costs, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee fleet availability, vehicle presentation, refuelling, check-ins, and branch logistics.
- Optimize rosters, resolve customer issues, and support customer experience agents in identifying sales opportunities.
- Maintain safety, compliance, and audit standards while building an accountable, team-first culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience leading a team in sales, service, retail, operations, or a customer-focused environment.
- Confidence coaching sales behaviors and working toward performance targets.
- Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, customer service, and commercial awareness.
- Experience working with KPIs, costs, productivity, and branch performance measures.
- Current full driver’s licence and full Australian working rights required.
- Successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check.
