Aviation Account Manager- Commercial Insurance

Location: Hybrid schedule required at the Alpharetta, Georgia office 3–4 days per week

What you will do

• Support an aviation insurance portfolio through client communications and policy servicing.
• Manage renewal activities and follow up on payment application issues, including short and overpayments.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and coverage comparisons.
• Coordinate with aviation colleagues, insurance carrier underwriting and processing departments, and teams across offices.
• Support client retention and satisfaction through responsive, detail-oriented service.

Requirements

• Active insurance license required.
• Experience in aviation insurance required.
• Strong understanding of aviation risks, coverage types, and market dynamics.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and assignments while communicating across offices.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is desirable.
