Commercial Insurance - Associate Broker / Account Executive

Location: Hybrid position requiring three days per week in the Alpharetta, Georgia office

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day client service alongside the lead broker and client executive.
• Support policy negotiation and placement, including reviewing quotes and negotiating coverage enhancements with underwriters.
• Prepare client submissions, proposals, presentations, insurance summaries, and loss summary reports.
• Assist with insurance M&A due diligence, program analysis, and contract reviews of insurance requirements.
• Maintain relationships with underwriters and key client contacts while updating policy information in Sagitta.
• Coordinate billing, invoice materials, premium finance agreements, policy workflows, and broker coverage during absences.

Requirements

• Commercial property and casualty insurance experience with at least five years required.
• Experience at an insurance agency, brokerage, or carrier, including marketing or placement experience, is required.
• Licensed property and casualty insurance agent or broker.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in an insurance-related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; agency management system knowledge is beneficial.
