Process Operator - 2nd Shift

Location: Graham, KY, United States; full-time, on-site work on the 2nd shift

What you will do

• Safely handle energetic materials and operate multiple types of manufacturing equipment.
• Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products for shipment.
• Set up equipment, complete process changeovers, and monitor production processes according to standard procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment, quality, and productivity issues while maintaining equipment uptime.
• Document production activities, inspections, inventory transactions, and process data accurately.
• Support quality investigations, corrective actions, employee training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, safety rules, operating procedures, and process documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude, basic machinery operation and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate equipment with different user interfaces.
• Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, and experience with ERP or manufacturing systems.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check, work overtime when required, and comply with PPE and safety requirements when working with explosives and energetic materials.
