Salesforce Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States; Washington, DC preferred.

Starting salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Administer Salesforce Media Cloud, including users, permissions, layouts, flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and automation.
• Translate revenue organization needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and improved sales processes.
• Build reporting, dashboards, recurring analyses, and KPIs for executives and sales leadership.
• Support legacy CRM data migration and maintain data quality, integrity, consistency, and governance.
• Automate manual workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and support testing, deployment, and change management.
• Create documentation and training materials to improve Salesforce adoption and user effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience and 1–2 years of sales operations or sales analytics experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201), or a commitment to obtain it within the first year.
• Experience building or significantly expanding a Salesforce organization or participating in a major implementation.
• Experience with flows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, custom objects, Salesforce security, permissions, and data management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and end-user support skills.
• Must be eligible for the remote-optional role within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Media Cloud or third-party Salesforce integrations.
• Experience supporting a CRM or Salesforce data migration.
• Experience in the media industry.
