Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (Quote-to-Cash)

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $100,000–$155,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, Channel, Professional Services, Finance, and Revenue Operations to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and set delivery expectations.
• Own functional deliverables across process definition, requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, and post-launch support.
• Analyze data and validate assumptions independently during discovery, identifying trends and supporting recommendations.
• Assess the impact of Quote-to-Cash changes on provisioning, entitlements, billing, reporting, and related systems.
• Use AI tools and Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce and Einstein to accelerate delivery and reduce manual effort for sellers and partners.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and design sessions, maintain documentation, and advocate for scalable, upgrade-safe Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years implementing, configuring, and supporting SaaS business systems at a software company, including at least 2 years with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or another CPQ application.
• Working knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash and Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including products, price books, quoting, approvals, amendments, renewals, orders, and billing handoffs.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools and technologies to improve throughput, decision-making, workflows, and business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience building reports and dashboards, running queries or extracts, and using data to support recommendations.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative capabilities, including Flow, validation rules, security, and sharing; bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced project delivery experience or Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with partner and channel commerce, distributor and reseller models, marketplaces, or eCommerce selling motions.
• Familiarity with billing, CLM, tax, ERP integrations, and adjacent Quote-to-Cash tooling.
• Ability to read Apex, SOQL, or LWC and a consulting or Big Four background.
