Server SW Technical Program Manager

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional software development programs from product design through delivery.
• Own product development plans covering scope, features, technical assessments, risks, resources, and schedules.
• Manage development activities and drive timely product delivery.
• Provide product status updates and lead critical issue analysis as an engineering representative.
• Coordinate engineering teams, internal stakeholders, ODM partners, and technical suppliers.
• Drive issue resolution, project execution, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 12+ years of related professional experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with a master’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of engineering development activities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, direct, mentor, and coach workgroups.
• Strong cross-functional communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work with overseas teams and make decisions in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Experience with software development activities involving BIOS and BMC.
• Server or storage product development experience.
