Workplace Experience Program Manager (Greater China)

Location: Based in Taipei, Taiwan; predominantly site-based with occasional travel. Hybrid working environment with in-office and/or in-person expectations.

What you will do

• Own workplace experience and facilities operations across hirify.global offices in the Greater China region.
• Lead small site-based teams and vendor partners while partnering with employees and the global Workplace Experience team.
• Manage health and safety, security standards, risk controls, incident escalation, and critical environment requirements.
• Manage operating and capital expenditure budgets, workplace services, snack programs, events, and improvement initiatives.
• Oversee vendor contracts, service-level agreements, standard operating procedures, key performance indicators, and quality reporting.
• Lead small works, office refreshes, and selected capital projects, presenting solutions for complex operational challenges.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related field, and/or a relevant tertiary qualification.
• Knowledge of facilities systems and critical environments, including HVAC, fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems, and BMS.
• Experience with occupational safety, EH&S, risk management, quality management, KPI measurement, and local safety standards.
• Experience managing vendors, commercial contracts, budgets, financial analysis, and specialized services.
• English is required; written and verbal proficiency in English and local languages is expected.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; experience with relocation and move management.

Nice to have

• Cantonese proficiency.
• Experience with Works Council relationships, where applicable.
