Associate Director, Valuation and Advisory Services (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Montreal office, Canada

What you will do

• Produce detailed, high-quality commercial real estate valuation reports.
• Conduct property market research and apply market expertise to client assignments.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outstanding service.
• Collaborate on strategic growth initiatives in the market.
• Promote and advocate for the company brand.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in commercial real estate.
• AACI designation and an established client portfolio.
• Strong collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Currently authorized to work full-time in Canada; work visa sponsorship is not available.
