What you will do

  • Lead complex consulting engagements and strategic transformation initiatives for major client accounts in the travel and transportation sector.
  • Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and lead senior executive interactions, consulting deliverables, and deal engagements.
  • Drive profitable growth through business development, pipeline conversion, revenue targets, margin management, and backlog growth.
  • Scope engagements, negotiate fees, manage risks, and oversee delivery quality, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams, support talent development, and foster innovation and continuous professional growth.
  • Shape strategic initiatives, develop thought leadership, and strengthen hirify.global’s presence in the industry.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in management consulting.
  • Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
  • Proven ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives.
  • Track record of leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.
  • Strong financial acumen, including revenue growth, margin management, and high-value business development.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
