What you will do

  • Lead business consulting projects, manage client relationships, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery meeting quality standards
  • Collaborate with clients to understand needs, identify improvements, and design tailored solutions
  • Manage end-to-end consulting from assessment to implementation, aligning with client goals
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering team collaboration and development
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Drive improvements using best practices, deliver presentations and reports with actionable insights
  • Support business development and analyze performance data for optimization recommendations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Implementation Consultant for asset managers, owners, banks, or consulting firms
  • Excellent knowledge in at least two areas: Asset Management, Back Office, or Financial Reporting
  • Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics), Mathematics, or Applied Sciences preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Basic understanding of financial industry/products and accounting
  • Ability to attend Toronto office 2x/week per hybrid policy and travel to client sites
  • Self-starter mindset, ability to manage tasks and deliver on time

  • Experience with trade processing, confirmation, or settlement
