Document Control Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Review master-data creation and change requests submitted through the Master Data Governance system.
• Triage requests and maintain workflow approvals required for data governance.
• Support users with submitting, approving, and updating requests in the MDG system.
• Help maintain ERP master data using SAP S/4HANA, PC applications, and other software systems.
• Ensure adherence to standards and controls, data quality, problem management, and change management requirements.
• Assist with maintaining ISO documentation related to data governance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand technical documents such as user manuals, training materials, and reports.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and other PC- or web-based applications.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and information-retention skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, follow up, and collaborate with internal management and staff.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with bills of materials and engineering change notices.
• Knowledge of SAP software.
