Java Developer (Telecom)

Location: Bengaluru, India; hybrid work with at least two days per week in the assigned hirify.global office

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable telecom-domain automation solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel.
• Build and maintain reusable REST and SOAP API services and integration routes using JSON and XML.
• Develop unit-tested, documented code and own assigned deliverables through completion.
• Automate build, testing, and deployment pipelines with Jenkins or Harness, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while collaborating with Product, QA, and Operations.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives that automate business processes in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Core Java, concurrency, streams, and API development and integration.
• Working knowledge of Spring Boot, including IoC, MVC, Data JPA, and JDBC, plus Apache Camel routing and enterprise integration patterns.
• Advanced SQL, PL/SQL, schema design, and performance tuning with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger, JSON, XML, WS-Security, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Familiarity with ActiveMQ, Artemis, JMS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins or Harness, and Git.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, with Agile/Scrum experience.

Nice to have

• Telecom experience with number porting and provisioning.
• UI/UX experience.
• Experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere, preferably Automation Anywhere.
• Experience designing, developing, and managing RPA bot lifecycles.
