What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native web applications for the SRIMS Mobile/FN platform.
- Build inventory capabilities and automated services using open-source and cloud technologies.
- Develop automation across design, development, testing, and build processes.
- Collaborate with engineers and suppliers to deliver quality, reusable solutions and conduct technical peer reviews.
- Debug complex technical and data issues, perform deep-dive analysis, and introduce components or features to resolve them.
- Drive engineering practices, contribute to technical roadmaps, and support Agile delivery and business transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and JDK 11+.
- Experience with REST web services and Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases, including Neo4j.
- Experience with containerization technologies and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins or Spinnaker.
- Expertise in a DevOps operating model, Agile delivery, technical collaboration, process mapping, and documentation.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Exposure to OpenStack.
- Understanding of software-defined networking.
