Senior Associate/Vice President, Investments – Credit Portfolio Solutions

Salary: $180K–$275K base salary, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Design customized credit investment solutions for institutional, private wealth, and family capital clients.
• Source investment opportunities across hirify.global’s direct platforms and partner manager strategies.
• Evaluate mandate construction against yield, total return, tax, regulatory, asset-liability matching, and liquidity objectives.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations and client mandate proposals to the ISG Investment Committee.
• Manage separately managed accounts and other vehicles, including deployment, performance monitoring, liquidity, rebalancing, risk monitoring, and reporting.
• Translate market intelligence and performance analytics into portfolio construction, relative-value, and deployment decisions while supporting investor inquiries and new proposals.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or a relevant discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, fund-of-funds, investment consulting, or investment solutions.
• Advanced Excel-based financial modeling skills, including multi-period cash flow models, capital structure waterfalls, and portfolio-level analytics.
• Understanding of private credit asset classes and investment vehicles such as commingled funds, separately managed accounts, co-investments, and securitizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing Investment Committee memoranda, client presentations, and investment marketing materials.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and work independently with strong attention to detail.
