Senior Associate, Private Credit Investment Analytics

Location: Addison, TX; Montpelier, VT; or New York, NY. Onsite work is required four days per week on Monday through Thursday.

Salary: $140,625–$206,250 USD per year, plus potential annual incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Perform recurring and ad hoc investment analytics supporting private credit activities and portfolio oversight.
• Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools for investment evaluation, portfolio performance, and credit risk.
• Support underwriting through financial analysis, due diligence, and assessment of investment opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio investments, performance trends, and risk factors, and communicate material developments.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for investment professionals and other stakeholders.
• Improve analytical processes, reporting, and AI-enabled workflows while partnering with investment and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least four years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating complex financial and investment information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities.
