Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $149,000–$157,000 per year in Massachusetts

hirify.global is building a technology-enabled dining platform combining robotics and automation, AI-powered restaurant concept creation, and intelligent menu and kitchen workflow systems.

What you will do

• Partner with the Spyce, hirify.global Create, and hirify.global AI leadership teams on strategic decisions, financial modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Lead annual planning, rolling forecasts, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Evaluate and track ROI for R&D, manufacturing equipment, and technology investments.
• Establish cost accounting for robotics manufacturing, including bills of materials, labor costing, and overhead allocation.
• Analyze product costs, gross margins, unit economics, production yields, scrap rates, and purchase price variances.
• Build accounting processes, chart of accounts, cost-center structures, SOPs, and governance in partnership with controllership and accounting.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with significant manufacturing and cost-accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA is highly preferred.
• Based in the Boston, Massachusetts area, with the ability to work closely with local engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Experience implementing complex ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Ability to build processes from the ground up and communicate financial and manufacturing insights clearly to senior leaders.
