Manager, New Business (Insurance Operations)

Location: Onsite in Addison, Texas, or Montpelier, Vermont; office attendance is required four days per week on Monday through Thursday. A relocation package is offered. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $67,500–$99,000 USD per year, plus potential annual incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Case Managers across multiple site locations.
• Set team goals aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.
• Oversee annuity life new business production while maintaining service, quality, and compliance standards.
• Optimize workflows, monitor productivity and quality through audits and reporting, and implement process improvements.
• Partner with underwriting, field leadership, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Provide production updates, strategic insights, and leadership for cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least three years of leadership experience.
• At least three years of experience in life or annuity operations, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, change management, financial, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and use data to support decisions.
• Ability to pass a background check and work onsite four days per week.
