Head of Firm Growth

Location: New York, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $178,690–$293,560 per year in base pay, with potential eligibility for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop consultative frameworks for firm assessment, business planning, infrastructure, and growth strategy.
• Lead Regional Vice Presidents and coordinate regional priorities with enterprise growth strategies and local market needs.
• Build leadership pipelines and advance succession readiness for current and future firm leaders.
• Lead Firm Resource Group teams, deploying resources and expertise against enterprise and field priorities.
• Establish performance approaches that measure the impact of growth, leadership, and infrastructure investments.
• Drive continuous improvement by strengthening operating models, simplifying complexity, and improving field support.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of leadership experience in financial services distribution, wealth management, insurance distribution, or related entrepreneurial business environments.
• Experience supporting firm leaders or independent enterprises operating within a career distribution model.
• Strong understanding of distribution strategy, firm economics, recruiting dynamics, succession planning, and business growth drivers.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead through complexity in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, communication, and organizational leadership skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
