Division President - East Coast

Location: Remote United States

Salary: $141,000–$190,000 per year, plus commission and eligibility for LTIP.

What you will do

• Lead sales and marketing across several states in the Eastern Region and manage a regional sales team.
• Drive revenue growth through organic opportunities, new business, key contacts, and strategic broker relationships.
• Develop Area Sales Managers and Relationship Managers while implementing sales best practices.
• Maintain executive relationships with major agents and support the closing of national-account and regional opportunities.
• Execute strategic plans, promote networking at broker and industry events, and approve new agent programs.
• Manage expenses, monitor sales activity in Salesforce and Power BI, and coordinate Agency Lending and other hirify.global products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience; premium finance experience is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills and experience with Salesforce.
• Experience leading sales teams and managing strategic client relationships.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Must be located in the United States for this remote role.
