Senior Consultant within Business Transformation (ERP)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Full-time onsite role; candidates must have the full right to live and work in Sweden. Work permit sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead or support the development of target operating models and business architecture blueprints for large-scale change programs.
• Analyse end-to-end operational resilience across people, processes, and technology.
• Build integrated business and technology roadmaps for organization-wide transformations.
• Develop ERP strategies, define requirements, and support vendor selection.
• Manage ERP implementations, including oversight of system integrators.
• Support sales initiatives, thought leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational change.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in consulting or transformation projects.
• Experience with ERP-enabled transformation programs and client-side ERP initiatives.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Dynamics.
• Experience with process standardization, optimization, business process design, data migration, and reporting strategy.
• Proven change management, consulting, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Full right to live and work in Sweden required; work permit sponsorship is unavailable.
