Section Leader- Maintenance 3rd Shift

What you will do

• Supervise, coach, direct, and provide feedback to maintenance hourly employees.
• Coordinate the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC and assembly equipment.
• Schedule, delegate, and direct work for direct reports.
• Work with vendors on machine parts and equipment improvements.
• Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to troubleshoot malfunctions and determine repairs.
• Train employees in maintenance best practices and promote safe work practices.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Mechatronics or a related field.
• 5+ years of diversified machining and repair experience.
• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, precision measuring, drives, controls, CNC systems, and machine tool operation.
• Strong technical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, supervisory, coaching, and delegation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine problems, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and apply Total Productive Maintenance and Total Process Reliability principles.
• Ability to stand for approximately 60% of the workday, wear required PPE, and occasionally lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
