Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

Location: Onsite at 10820 Withers Cove Park Dr, Charlotte, NC 28278, USA. Monday–Friday, 11:00 pm–7:00 am.

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repairs on manufacturing and industrial facility equipment.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus, wiring, and electrical and electronic machinery components.
• Install piping systems and hydraulic and pneumatic equipment according to drawings, specifications, and product requirements.
• Align machinery and equipment and maintain pumps, mixers, processing equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, fire systems, compressors, and utility networks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, keep the work area in 5S condition, and contribute to reducing unscheduled downtime.
• Work independently and collaboratively while assisting production and following safety practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years of related experience or training in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance skills, including troubleshooting and repair of pumps, mixers, and processing equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings and follow written, oral, or diagram-based instructions.
• Strong written, reading comprehension, math, communication, and customer service skills; forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and maintain regular, acceptable attendance.

Nice to have

• Problem-solving skills.
• Conduit bending, stick, MIG, and TIG welding experience.
• Cutting torch and pipe-threading experience.
• Previous experience in the ink industry.
