3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Alburtis, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 3rd shift

hirify.global operates a manufacturing facility requiring coordinated maintenance, facilities engineering, and production operations.

What you will do

• Direct facility maintenance operations and distribute the maintenance workforce to support uninterrupted plant operation.
• Plan, schedule, oversee, and audit maintenance work, ensuring procedures, work orders, reporting, and quality standards are followed.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Facilities Engineering and Plant Production management, with emphasis on planned preventive maintenance.
• Establish and review preventive maintenance procedures for facility equipment and recommend repairs, modifications, replacements, and staffing levels.
• Maintain maintenance stores inventory and provide the tools, manuals, drawings, instruments, and procedures needed by the workforce.
• Prepare monthly maintenance activity and expenditure reports, annual budget projections, and accurate overtime records.

Requirements

• High school diploma; college education preferred.
• At least two years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts when required.
• Ability to conduct and participate in meetings and employee training sessions.
• Ability to handle physically and mentally demanding or stressful situations.
• Professional appearance and a strong performance and attendance record.
