IT Project Manager (ERP)

Location: Houston, TX (TAS-Cullen HQ), United States. The position is full-time and requires working at a desk for approximately 80% to 95% of the role.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of IT Business Applications projects, including Infor LN ERP enhancements, Power BI and Fabric analytics initiatives, integrations, and third-party application implementations.
• Translate business priorities into project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate ERP, Data, Integration, consultant, vendor, and business stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and related functions.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, change requests, governance, status reporting, escalations, and portfolio intake.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, release readiness, training, go-live, documentation, and post-go-live hyper care.
• Improve repeatable delivery processes, templates, prioritization, and transition into support operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT or business applications projects in manufacturing, engineering, construction, or operations-focused environments.
• Experience delivering projects involving ERP systems, analytics or reporting platforms, and integrated application ecosystems.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, testing or UAT, deployments, and change adoption.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical work into business-relevant updates.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor LN or another enterprise ERP platform.
• Familiarity with Power BI, analytics initiatives, or data-driven reporting projects.
• Experience working with vendors, consultants, and system integrators.
• Exposure to APIs, data flows, and interface dependencies.
• Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
