What you will do

• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, governance, and implementation plans for the ERP program.
• Coordinate Solution Architects and stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade, Infosec, Engineering, and other functions.
• Manage external consultants, monitor statements of work, and maintain delivery accountability.
• Use AI-powered transcription and documentation tools to capture decisions, track action items, and produce weekly status reports.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex ERP implementations such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Jira and Asana.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and mediate across technical and business teams.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical discussions into clear, actionable reporting for varied stakeholders.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required; employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior export-license approval.
