Project Manager, ERP Implementation - Contractor

Location: Hybrid, based in Santa Clara, California, or Austin, Texas, United States

Salary: $100,000–$500,000 annually, including base and variable compensation targets. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, education, background, and location.

What you will do

• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and governance for the ERP implementation.
• Lead delivery across Solution Architecture, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Trade, Infosec, Engineering, and other stakeholder groups.
• Manage external consultants, monitor statements of work, and drive delivery accountability.
• Use AI-powered transcription and documentation tools to capture decisions, track action items, and produce weekly status reports.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex ERP implementations, such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Jira and Asana.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and mediate across technical and business teams.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical discussions into clear, actionable reports for varied stakeholders.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology is required; employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or prior export-license approval.
