IT Project Manager (ERP)

Location: Greenville, NC, USA; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, consolidation, and digital transformation programs.
• Manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, governance documentation, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate ERP activities for acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, TSA execution, Day 1 readiness, data migration, cutovers, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR, Legal, Compliance, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Data & Analytics teams.
• Manage system integrators, ERP partners, software vendors, infrastructure providers, statements of work, deliverables, risks, and contracts.
• Drive process improvement, automation opportunities, global ERP standardization, risk mitigation, and production readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience and 7+ years leading enterprise ERP implementations.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $1MM and cross-functional teams of 25–100+ members.
• Proven success delivering global ERP programs, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, plus Microsoft Project, Clarity, or similar tools.
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, Epicor ERP/Kinetic, or Infor Syteline/CSI is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, ETL and data migration, Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, SQL Server, Oracle Database, MES, PLM, CRM, and Power BI.
• Experience in aerospace and defense, distribution, supply chain, multi-site operations, or global organizations.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Scrum Master, SAP Project Management, Prosci, or ITIL Foundation certification.
• Executive presence, strategic thinking, negotiation, change leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement skills.
