Superintendent - Tenant Improvement

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; full-time on-site role

What you will do

• Manage projects on site from pre-construction through closeout, including access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, weekly field updates, logistics plans, and pre-construction documentation.
• Coordinate field teams, trade partners, owner vendors, architects, engineers, and the Project Manager.
• Identify and resolve site challenges while minimizing schedule and cost impacts.
• Lead and document safety meetings, promote OSHA standards, and maintain project documentation.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, equipment commissioning, owner training, and other closeout activities.

Requirements

• 6–15 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare, and/or mission-critical projects, or a relevant degree with 3–5+ years of experience.
• Experience managing field operations, scheduling, quality control, and trade partner coordination.
• Solid construction trades background and technical knowledge.
• Experience with project scheduling software and the ability to create project schedules and weekly look-aheads.
• Knowledge of budgeting coordination, plans and specifications, and OSHA safety standards.
• Strong communication, time management, prioritization, mentoring, and problem-solving skills; a resume is required.
