Salary: $16.65–$20.40 per hour, plus eligibility for an uncapped monthly performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee opening, closing, security, daily operations, compliance, safety, and facility standards.
• Drive rentals, protection-plan sales, merchandise sales, and key performance indicators.
• Build customer relationships, recommend storage solutions, process payments, balance receipts, and make bank deposits.
• Coach, train, and mentor the Assistant General Manager and other staff.
• Manage product ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, displays, and the complete auction process.
• Conduct property inspections, lock checks, cleaning, light maintenance, landscaping, and tasks requiring lifting more than 30 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to vendors or other worksites.
• Ability to lift 30+ pounds and work indoors and outdoors in adverse environmental conditions.
• Basic to moderate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
