Brand & Communications Specialist (Payroll + HR)

What you will do

• Develop and execute branding strategies and maintain consistent messaging across platforms.
• Manage social media channels, create and curate content, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
• Write, edit, and oversee print and digital communications, newsletters, sales materials, event collateral, direct mail, surveys, brochures, and educational publications.
• Create presentations, seminar materials, speeches, biographies, and audio-video content for the PEO leadership team.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with Corporate Marketing and support the development of the hirify.global Payroll + HR internet presence.
• Coordinate client and internal trainings and events, including deadlines, production costs, vendors, and supplies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least four years of experience in branding, social media management, marketing communications, editing, presentations, or related work.
• Strong graphic and artistic judgment, attention to detail, organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, InDesign, PowerPoint, and graphics software.
• Experience with online marketing, digital advertising, Google Search and AdWords, SEO, SEM, and emerging social media tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to perform sedentary work and lift up to 20 lbs.
