Senior Marketing Pursuits Manager

What you will do

• Develop pursuit strategies, capture plans, differentiators, and go/no-go inputs for potential projects.
• Lead end-to-end proposal development, including schedules, stakeholder coordination, content creation, reviews, production, and closeout.
• Coordinate technical teams, subject matter experts, project managers, legal, risk, compliance, designers, and external partners.
• Lead client interview and presentation preparation, including messaging, rehearsal, coaching, logistics, and follow-up.
• Develop strategic marketing collateral such as brochures, pitch presentations, case studies, and proposal graphics.
• Maintain pursuit, opportunity, and content data in CRM, DAM, and centralized databases; generate reports and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business writing, journalism, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, proposals, pursuits, communications, or a related field.
• Strong project management, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.
• Excellent persuasive writing, editing, grammar, punctuation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Ability and willingness to travel; AEC experience and familiarity with CRM systems are strongly preferred or advantageous.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or additional marketing-related certifications.
• Experience or familiarity with architectural design, engineering principles, construction processes, and AEC industry trends.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems.
