Location: Charter Aarrowcast locations in Shawano and Bonduel, Wisconsin, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do
- Lead multi-site tooling operations supporting green sand foundry production across Shawano and Bonduel.
- Manage pattern creation, modification, repair, core box readiness, gating, mounting, rigging, outsourced tooling, and maintenance.
- Direct staffing, tooling priorities, training, capacity, equipment, pattern readiness, and maintenance planning.
- Supervise Pattern Makers, Production Shift Supervisors, Forklift Operators, CDL Drivers, and Technicians.
- Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, maintenance, scheduling, safety, vendors, customers, and New Product Development.
- Manage tooling-related budgets and ensure tooling meets dimensional, quality, customer, safety, and production requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in heavy manufacturing, foundry, tooling, machining, pattern making, or a related environment.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, foundry, tooling, machining, or pattern making.
- Knowledge of green sand foundry operations, including patterns, core boxes, gating, rigging, and molding lines.
- Experience with CAD, CAM, CNC equipment, tooling design software, or computerized maintenance and work order systems.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications, evaluate tooling condition, lead improvements, and develop direct reports.
Nice to have
- 10+ years of relevant manufacturing, foundry, tooling, machining, or pattern-making experience.
- 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience in a green sand iron foundry, managing pattern shops or tooling departments, coordinating outsourced tooling, or working with ISO and quality systems.
