Toolmaker Level 2 - 2nd shift

Location: Kulpsville, PA, United States; onsite, 2nd shift from 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM.

What you will do

• Set up and operate manual and CNC equipment to produce molds, dies, fixtures, gauges, and cutting tools.
• Machine, grind, repair, and revise complex tooling while maintaining intricate tolerances.
• Perform complex Wire EDM and milling operations.
• Read blueprints, perform mathematical calculations, and make corrections required to complete tooling.
• Collaborate with Tool Designers, Engineers, CAM Programmers, Inspection, and production teams to improve tooling manufacturing and shift transitions.
• Work independently, document production data, maintain equipment, and follow 5S, quality, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• hirify.global Toolmaker Level 2 qualification or an equivalent qualification determined by management.
• At least 1 year as a Toolmaker Level 1 plus 4–5 or more years of relevant machining experience; qualifying apprenticeship experience may apply.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to independently read and interpret production drawings, work instructions, and company documents.
• U.S. Person status is required for authorized access to ITAR-controlled data.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, wear required personal protective equipment, and work safely.
