Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management Health & Wellness Non Store Operations (Inventory Management)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; onsite at the Walmart facility

Hourly wage: $16.80–$25.20, plus possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Unload, sort, distribute, and count supplies using manual handling or powered equipment.
• Maintain inventory by ordering merchandise, tracking purchase orders, and updating inventory data.
• Prepare, review, and analyze inventory logs, forms, seasonal trends, and historical data.
• Identify priorities and improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and support implementation of process changes.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners while communicating progress and operational information.
• Support team development through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and recognition.

Requirements

• Ability to complete physical supply handling, inventory counting, data entry, and related operational assignments.
• Ability to use policies, data, and resources to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with different audiences.
• Commitment to company policies, ethics, integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Full-time onsite work at the Orlando, Florida facility.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience in retail, production, operations management, or a related area.
