Manager, Walmart Forecasting

Location: Rogers, Arkansas, with the role based in Bentonville, Arkansas

Salary: USD $108,000–$135,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead forecasting and analytical efforts for item-level POS projections, inventory planning, and order recommendations across assigned Walmart categories.
• Own category forecast submissions and balance customer demand with open-to-buy constraints.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain to improve order execution, fill rates, and operational collaboration.
• Drive Walmart.com planning across multiple brands by optimizing inventory, in-stock performance, and fulfillment strategies.
• Oversee hirify.global’s Direct Import business from Asia and support seamless operational execution.
• Present forecasts, trends, and strategic recommendations to internal planning forums and Walmart Buyers and Replenishment Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a retailer-facing role; Walmart experience is strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, forecasting, or a related supply chain discipline.
• Experience leading projects, influencing cross-functional partners, and delivering results through collaboration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, including experience working with large data sets.
• Familiarity with JDA, Anaplan, Demantra, or similar forecasting tools, plus advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
