Manager, Walmart Forecasting (Demand Planning/Supply Chain): Developing data-driven forecasts, inventory plans, and fulfillment strategies for Walmart's in-store and eCommerce channels with an accent on item-level projections, order execution, and cross-functional planning. Focus on optimizing inventory, transforming large data sets into actionable recommendations, and managing complex retail supply chain challenges.

Location: Rogers, Arkansas, with the role based in Bentonville, Arkansas

Salary: USD $108,000–$135,000 yearly

What you will do

Lead forecasting and analytical efforts for item-level POS projections, inventory planning, and order recommendations across assigned Walmart categories.
Own category forecast submissions and balance customer demand with open-to-buy constraints.
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Supply Chain to improve order execution, fill rates, and operational collaboration.
Drive Walmart.com planning across multiple brands by optimizing inventory, in-stock performance, and fulfillment strategies.
Oversee hirify.global’s Direct Import business from Asia and support seamless operational execution.
Present forecasts, trends, and strategic recommendations to internal planning forums and Walmart Buyers and Replenishment Managers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in a retailer-facing role; Walmart experience is strongly preferred.
4+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, forecasting, or a related supply chain discipline.
Experience leading projects, influencing cross-functional partners, and delivering results through collaboration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, including experience working with large data sets.
Familiarity with JDA, Anaplan, Demantra, or similar forecasting tools, plus advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
