What you will do

• Lead forecasting and analytical efforts to improve item-level POS projections and inventory planning.
• Own category forecast submissions while balancing customer demand and open-to-buy constraints.
• Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to maximize fill rates and operational efficiency.
• Drive planning for Walmart.com by optimizing inventory and developing fulfillment strategies.
• Oversee execution of Direct Import business from Asia in collaboration with Customer Service.
• Present demand forecasts and business insights during internal S&OP and consensus planning meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business.
• 4+ years of experience in a retailer-facing role, preferably with Walmart.
• 4+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in large data sets and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with forecasting platforms such as JDA, Anaplan, or Demantra.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
