Inventory Coordinator

Location: Fontana, California, USA

Salary: $18.59–$25.10 USD per hour

Manufactures customized power distribution and protection systems, including relay and control panels, medium-voltage switchgear, enclosures, and power/control buildings.

What you will do

• Stage received materials in the correct areas and ensure proper labeling.
• Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts, verify quantities, and document discrepancies in the ERP system.
• Pull and stage materials for manufacturing jobs based on bills of materials and work orders.
• Identify material issues and support completion of stock transfer orders.
• Fulfill urgent material requests and distribute materials to production teams after verifying model numbers and quantities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record all material movements in the ERP system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with cycle counting, picking and posting, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Ability to operate powered equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts, and lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds.
